1 – Individual Coaching
This is a personally tailored program designed to meet the quick start and satisfying finish needs of the job seeker who wants one on one coaching. Programs are priced based on how often you work with your personal career coach, the length of calls, how many sessions you have with your coach and how much support the career coach offers between sessions. Services typically include:
· One Hour Initial Consultation
· Resume (we will help you design, edit and print your resume and give you 25 copies on resume paper)
· personal branding - key in this current economy helps you rise above the others; includes strategy development and support
· Cover Letters (we help customize these to the "targets" you select)
· Assessments (optional and includes a modest additional cost) Assessments to determine behavioral attributes, critical growth areas and motivators
· Mock Interviews (We role play with you, teach you how to ace out your competition, and help you answer tough questions like salary demands)
· Weekly Personal Consulting (Depending on your program, you can call us - up to ninety minutes per week - so we can help you advance your search)
· Publications (your program includes a book and workbook two written by experts to help you!
· List of job fairs and other sources to help you find employment.
2 – Group Coaching
Starting the first week of each month, new group classes begin. They take place once a week for eight weeks and last for 60 to 90 minutes depending on the number of questions at the end. Led by an experienced job search professional each group session targets key elements in a job search. Sessions are designed to inform you about job hunting tips, help you develop a strategy; develop a specific plan for your search and features fundamentals which will help you to stand out from other candidates. Coaching call topics typically include:
· Winning Attitude and focus
· Career Goal Setting and Search Planning
· Resume – the “ticket to an interview”
· Personal Branding – how to’s to get you in front of those who are hiring
· Cover Letters - writing them to win
· Assessments (optional and modest additional cost)
· Researching and Discovering the “HIDDEN” job market
· Interview Preps and Practice - role play and help with answering the tough questions like salary demands
· Working with Recruiters - when, how and what to expect
· Resources - job fairs, alumni associations and networking opportunities plus advice about sources to help you find employment.
