Proactively Managing Your Career Change – Prioritizing Key Aspects

C.L.A.M.S. is an acronym for a profiling tool that allows you to prioritize and define several key areas as you proactively manage a career move.

The first step in the C.L.A.M.S. process is to rank the major elements below in order of importance from one to five.  This prioritization should take into consideration where you currently are in your career and lead to other issues that may influence the decisions you will be making.

The second step in the C.L.A.M.S. process is to write a brief description of what each item means to you and why it may be more or less important to you than the other items.  Listed below each element of C.L.A.M.S. are questions to stimulate your thinking.

Once the two steps of the C.L.A.M.S. process are complete, the search executives at Next Iteration will have a better understanding of how to best market you into the opportunities that we are discussing, as well as to counsel you in the career choices being evaluated.

To start taking advantage of Next Iteration's services, take a few minutes and submit your credentials via our secure portal, you'll be glad you did.
