  1. Conduct needs analysis - strategizing and assessing the ideal Candidate’s profile
  2. Determine how to present the opportunity to potential candidates and develop a written Search Profile detailing objectives for each opening
  3. Initiate Prospective Candidate research relying on a quick start from our own extensive database and then augmenting it with research from Cient competitors and in-the-box companies Client has identified as strategic targets
  4. Candidate assessment
  5. Consult with finalist(s) on counteroffers and competing offers; work with clinet on the design and communicate the offer 
  6. Work closely with the candidate (and their family) on their transition; complement Client on-boarding process to get the candidate adding value to Client bottom line as quickly as possible

  1. Every candidate we submit will match the skills you’ve asked us to search for...we won’t waste your time filling your inbox with unqualified resumes.
  2. We will have commitment form our candidates that they will accept an offer in the salary range you’ve designated – we don’t bring you over-experienced over-priced candidates who aren’t what your looking for; also know that if we can’t find talent in that salary range we will consult with you about what we are finding so you are not wasting your time and resources looking for the proverbial needle in the haystack.
  3. Our candidates will be carefully screened so we know before we ever share them with you that they are motivated by something other than money; in other words that they show up to produce results.
