<description><![CDATA[Hospitalist - Block Schedule 7/7 Central Wyoming Six physician providers and two midlevel providers are the core of the group. Number of hospitalists recruiting for: Ten total.  Two new providers are currently finalizing contracts and group is growing by four additional providers. Number of hospitals covered: One (200+ beds)  Detail: This is a community based program.  The group is a division in a hospital affiliated multispecialty group.  The hospital serves a cachement area of nearly 300,000 people, striving to provide the best specialty care programs in the state.  Facility is state's largest medical center and is a regional level II trauma center.  Medical Staff has nearly 150 physicians on staff representing over 50 specialties.   Compensation: A base salary is offered with a competitive RVU bonus.  The bonus is paid monthly.  Comprehensive benefits, such as health, dental, life insurance, AD &amp; D, 401(k), CME, moving benefits, etc., are included.  Tail coverage and malpractice are standard.  Two additional weeks off each year are offered, assuming a block schedule.   Practice Highlights: The group is all board certified and strives to provide outstanding medical care while maintaining a lifestyle that allows for family life and personal endeavors.  Group philosophy speaks to teamwork and mutual respect.  There is a true sense of collaboration amongst the group and with the medical staff in the community and outlying areas.
